Default Remove unwanted items.

How does one remove unwanted items like excess quest items customised amour etc from the inventory.

I've tried dragging them out but it doesn't work and they can't be sold either.

Any help for a newb will be appreciated.

There's a dustbin icon in your inventory, right next to the bags. Drag and drop here to scrap items.

In explorable areas you can also drag items out of the inventory window and they will drop on the ground for yourself or somebody else to pick them up. Simply leave them on the ground and they're gone.

You can also salvage your old armor and get some of the materials or runes back from it. Can't do it with starter armor, tho.

For a long time, I thought the dustbin was a placeholder for a huge bag / bin of inventory space You know, first you get a belt pouch, then a bag, then you can add runes of holding to the bags... so I figured I could buy a huge bin by the time I reached the desert. Oh well, gotta love early days. Just thought I'd share

You can't sell customized items to the merch? o.O I guess I've never tried. Yes, the best thing to do is just drop 'em. Or trash them, the icon is in the bottom right of the inventory screen I believe? (Don't have game up, can't really remember exact position.)

Default Thanks

Many thanks everyone. It seems you cannot drag excess quest items out to ground even when in explorable areas so I'll just bin them.

I've tried salvaging the starting armour too but that didn't work so it'll all get sent to the bin.

Thx again.
